Right ive got a 97 version 3 sti import.

Took the cluster out etc and now im trying to fit it back in and here are the problems that have arisen:

a)Indicators dont work, hazards are fine
b)headlights work but light doesnt show on cluster
c)car shuts off as soon as i press the brakes a little hard

and lastly i cant get the bloody speedo cable back into the cluster, ive tried yanking it out a bit but doesnt budge!!!

 

Make sure everything is connected correctly.You may have knocked a connector underthe dash or something.Check everything!
The speedo cable is a pain,it's only just long enough! I found the best way to connect it is remove the panel between the steering wheel and the pedals,and you can then reach up from underneath.Still a pain mind!!!
