been trying to found it on the forums but couldnt, basically whats the little device above the 3 port boost solenoid. It has a vacuum hose going in and back out and has a **** on the other side..

What is it and whats it for?

I was interested in the same question.
Does what looks like a **** at the left end of the map sensor do anything, is it an adjuster. If so when would you use it?

 

im pretty sure that is something to do with the different pressures in different parts of the world, so the boost will act/stay the same.

or something along them lines anyway

 

The MAP sensor is the small black one next to the Boost solenoid.

I think da one could be right, the device adjusts the boost signal given to the Map sensor. Maybe so the car runs the same boost at different altitudes???

Oh and the black **** on the end is not adjustable.
