blue smoke help!!

Default blue smoke help!!

i have a v5 1999 sti! i had the engine rebuilt when she started knocking, i put forged pistons in and also a v8 crank!! i was told to change the oil after 200miles!! this is when i started having more problems!! every time i start the car or most times when i put my foot down blue smoke appears from the exhaust! i have took the turbo off but this is fine, its dry with no play, there is no visable external oil leaks anywere!! could this be another engine out job eg, piston rings or could the bore be damaged?? any help on this would be greatly appreated thanx phil!!! x

first off 200 miles is very short run in, most places recomend 1000 miles on no boost, before any load at all is applied.

but having said that though, your first port of call should be back with the engine builder.
