The only difference is the price or lack of it

So is it really cheaper to buy the car from Malta?
Cars are usually more expensive over there, they tend to hold there value.

I had a 05 plate malta import no difference at all,
full warranty as long as you register it.
the only thing you do not get is subaru roadside recovery.

import
just brought a malta import myself (MY05 STI) ... as long as it is uk spec the only differance is apart from the price is the service intervals .. they're abit irratic compared to a uk brought car ... uk cars are serviced every 10k .. malta's seem to be between 4 - 5k ..

you only need to do them every 10k the 5k service is for extreme conditions like malta.
