Ive not long bought a '94 jap spec wrx wagon and sometimes on start up when i leave it running for a few mins to warm up the idle seems a bit lumpy and then the check engine light comes on.
Once I give it a bit of throttle it goes away then will sometimes come back on once idling again.
If all this has happened it seems quite hesitant in low revs for a few miles.
After watchful driving for a few mins it is perfectly fine and drives like a dream with no more check engine light?!?!?

Any advise would be appreciated
