I've bought an 03 impreza with a windscreen squirter fault.
So far ive cleared the tubes, checked the fuses (although im not sure which one it was as the fuse map is in japanese), and changed the pump to no avail.
I'm thinkin that it maybe the wiring now as when i pull the wiper stalk i only get 0.5V across the terminals, anyone had this prob before or got any advice?

Hpw about a pic of the uk fuse diagram then so i dont have to check every fuse.
