Default Rolling Road Poor Result

Just had the car(sti05) on the rollers for a power run and left a unhappy bunny indeed!!!The car was only hitting 245bhp
The guy at Racing line Halifax(top guys by the way) said it was running rich and hitting below 10.0 c on air/fuel(his computer cant read below that amount)at max power!!
What is going to be the best remedy to get the car back to spec standard or higher and stay warranty friendly..
Racing Line cant map it at the moment because they dont have the software to do it..
Who would be the best guys without crazy cost to set it straight in or near the Yorkshire area..Help

Hi Andy
its still got the cat..what do you think it could be?
Would a reset on the ecu change anything or do you think it could be a air leak somewhere(used to get similar probs on my Nissan Pulsar track car when that had a air leak)
Plus are you part of the Lancashire club because i asked Gary H 22B if he knew anbody who might have any ideas!!

Always filled with tesco99 or shell v-power!!

Plus it seems to be very thirsty at the moment..

If it's still under warranty why not take it back to Subaru for them to check out?

Just been to Welllane batley because its about half a mile from were i live for a dyno run for another set of results and that has kicked back 288bhp!!
Saw the data logger no errors fuel/air right and boost around the 17psi mark...confusing..I know there road is a bit kind on bhp but 40 difference in 2 rolling roads..

I think the non ppp cars were 265bhp. So rolling road results of 245bhp and 288bhp can be quite possible with nothing been wrong with the car.
