engine swap information needed....PLEASE
hey guys, im from the USA and im trying to figure out if this swap is going to be possible and what problems im going to runinto.
i have a 1997 USDM Subaru Outback Legacy Wagon AUTO with a ej25
what i can get is a ej20 twin turbo w/automatic.
im not sure of the year or if it is triptronic but i can get the engine, harness, ecu and tranny for $1500 US.
or i can get a the stock engine and tranny for the same price.
no person would pass up an extra 130hp right?
people in the US subaru forums have been of little help. I have already obtained the wiring diagrams i think that i need.
please help a guy out.
