anybody know why does my cars only hits max boost just before i change gear and not earler

 

A leak, possibly???

Have you checked all of your pipes around the turbo/intercooler?

 

have taken all the pipes on the solenoid and turbo off and sprayed with brake cleaner,
i have just put a scooby sport centre and back box on this week, i also reset the ecu by disconneting the bat,
it pulls well and goes to the red line ,but i thought it would kick in at a certain rpm?
