Got a really annoying wind noise from the front above 60 MPH any ideas how to stop it do I need a new rubber?

 

I'm getting the same thing. MY99 UK turbo. Sounds like its coming from the front right of the car. Started after I fitted new headlights - which meant detaching and re-attaching a plastic inflexible 'tube' (pretty big and grey - part of it covered the back of the right headlight).

Have double checked I put it back correctly and seems ok. Problem is still there and I've just been living with it
