UK MY98 model - I noticed that my washer bottle had been emptying fast and that there was a pool of water below my charriot in the mornings. The water appears to be comming from one of the headlamp washers which must be defective in some way. I was wanting to take it/ them off to inspect further but was unsure how to do so without damaging it/ them more. Anyone know how to do this properly and also where the best place is to get a new/ second hand one(s) and how much etc?

Cool

Mine did this the other day - I used the headlamp washers (Was OK). When I parked and returned to the car, the bottle was empty and the contents were on the floor -

The pipe to the headlamp washers had come off !

Might be worth taking the washer bottle off and checking the pipes first - much easier to remove than the jets...

That seems OK - do you know how to take the jets off then?

Check the "Tee piece" has not come apart, as this contains a pressure valve/one way valve, have had problems with these in the past.
