I have had a uk spec turbo 2000 (99) for about 4 months. Been vrunning it on unleaded as this is in hand book and was never told otherwise. But fuel flap says super. What should be used and will 7000 miles of standard unleaded have damaged it.

95 RON won't have damaged it, but it does take the edge off the performance.

Under ideal circumstances, 97 RON super unleaded, or Optimax will give you a bit more pep, and the increase in cost will, in part at least, pay for itself in terms of better fuel economy.
