Hi guys just a quick question,I have a vortex afterburner midpipe and back box (Scoobyworld),and a japspeed decat down pipe newly fitted, now the downpipe has been fitted twice by two different garages and I've noticed this morning it's leaking once again where it meets the midpipe, I've used the correct gaskets and spring bolts but it seems its a bad fit?, I've also noticed a horrible hissing/leaking when on full boost , could it be the leaky downpipe,so has anyone else had the same problem with this brand,, maybe I should have payed the extra for the vortex downpipe too...well..

Yup crapspeed are mostly a bad fit,always been the same,sure you'll find plenty of threads on here about the quality

Edit. Mix and match systems don't always work out well anyway.

 

Lesson learnt, that's what I get for being a tight git and buying cheap after buying quality for the rest of the exhaust 😭
