Default 2011 sti fuel regulator

I have a 2011 sti UK 2.5 sedan with a ej257 engine.i had a really intermitant hesitation which thought was that fuel stumble as it was at 2800 rpm and 3200 rpm coming on boost.

I purchased a Cobb fuel stumble kit p/n 35200.
I have just gone to fit and noticed the pipes in kit and on the Cobb instructions are quick connector and my car has normal fuel lines with a jubalie clip!!

I have since found out the car has ring land failure on 2,4 cylinder, which may have been the cause of this stumble so is it worth me still fitting this kit whilst engine out and remove there quick fit fittings,or is this kit not compatible with a UK car,and worth me trying to sell on.anyone else fitted one,as there is a chance it still stumbles after engine built.

The USDM cars have quick connectors all around for the fuel lines from the factory. It would be still worth fitting the kit, maybe by using some adaptors for the quick connectors

I'd seen that kit, some of the reviews are not good, in the end i went for the Perrin fpr and that cured my stumble completely.

The speedfit connectors where replaced on a lot of UK cars as they where seen as part of the reason behind the stumble

The Perrin fpr did nothing for my stumble; were your lines changed as well?
