Default Low Clutch Pedal

As title says - got in the car this morning and the pedal is really low, id say there's only about 3" of travel in it... Really hard to put it in gear and switch gears (slightly easier whilst driving)

Clutch?
gearbox?
Clutch master cylinder?

Cant find much reliable info on low clutch pedal, most of the stuff is just for low biting point or spongy clutch pedal etc....

anyone else had a similar problem?

cheers

Ash

nvm I’m an idiot - pedal was a bit stiff and stuck down the bottom - wd40 and it’s perfectly fine again ...... retard mode disengaged
