Default my07 hawkeye sigma m30 keyfob stopped working

Hi all, I finished work the other day and when i press the button on my key to unlock doors and disable alarm, nothing happened i had the battery replaced in the key went back to the car and still nothing. I open the car with the key and the alarm goes off and the car will not start so had to disconnect the car battery to kill the alarm. AA called they said the transponder has gone and took my car home.
Has anyone got any advice what i can do next. is there anyway to disable without working a key fob and locked being out the key pad

Thanks for any help

From what you have said I think you are saying you only have one key fob (not working) and you don't know the keypad PIN ??
