Default Rear drop links

Hi guys just after some info please I want to replace my rear drop links on my 2003 wrx the bolts are well stuck so was going to cut them off .BUT are the bolts anything special or could I use just normal nut and bolts and washers

I can't remember if they're through bolts, but assuming they are I'd just replace with some decent quality 8.8 grade bolts (Zink coated/galvanized).

I would personally stay away from stainless steel, and from 12.9 grade as I think the 12.9 is too hard, and stainless steel can work harden and go brittle.

basically, unless the bolts are made from cheese, it will be fine IMO

Would expect new droplinks to come with bolts, so you may not have to reuse the old ones...

didnt come with bolts but didn't know in the old bolts were fixed to sway bar .before I cut the old ones off
