Just buy a jap speed FMIC kit, keenly priced, if you want to retain a DV or recirc you can buy an adapter plate from white noise on here.
However, I assume you have complementing mods because you won't see massive gains just by fitting a FMIC.

In fact, you COULD see less power, or make the engine go bang.

FMIC is one where the engine needs mapping for it.

Why do you want one? what other mods have you besides a silly dumpvalve?

well. apart from my silly dump valve, i think its a turbo smart, never heard of the manufacturer called silly, anyways, uprated fuel pump, td05, pink injectors and decat 3" sports exhaust and air induction, but i didnt mention all that as i was wondering what happens to the dump valve, i have since found out i just needed to purchase a flange, but thanks for your replies, enginetuner will sort the mapping out

So long as you get it mapped, should be no probs.

It's not just Turbosmart, it's ALL VTA dumpvalves on an Impreza, unless you are running MAF-less.

Do a quick search for why...or ask Alan.
