Moley it was great, quite physically demanding and not at all like an xbox game. The gear change is like being hit in the back of your head by a hammer!

So is everyone up for doing another one in Feb/march next year. Maybe a bigger group like 30 runners and riders and three races and a final for the top ten drivers.
Moley are you going to join us as it`s on your doorstep and practising loads beforehand won`t be a problem for you
