Default Alloy Refurb

Probably an obvious answer on here some where.....

I am looking at getting my Alloys Refurb'd for the Summer (the paint is flaking off, and NO I haven't kerbed them !!)
Now when I had my old RST, the original alloys had been diamond cut and then the insert had been painted white, and they looked really cool .

I've been thinking of treating my car (I mean its not as if I buy a lot of mods for her!!!!) and getting the alloys on there now, done the same or similar? I think most have seen the type of alloys on the car at the mo;

Now, does anybody know of somewhere near me (Sarf End) that would do this, for a fair price? Also, do they put "courtesy" wheels on, as I need my car every day!!

Thank you, and sorry if this has been covered like a million times!!!!

I had mine done by Jet Tyres, quoted me 4-5 days ...... ended up being about 3 weeks .

Saying that, there were 'complications' with my wheels ie. I needed replacement 'fake' studs which themselves worked out an extra £50 , and the end result was good, that was about 3-4 years ago now, and they need re-doing again ........ Or a new set of rims.

I wouldn't think anywhere will let you have 'courtesy' wheels, but ask nicely on here, and maybe someone will lend you a set of their track wheels .

When I had mine refurbed, someone on here let me use their wheels whilst mine were refurbed (I actually got to like gold wheels on my car) ....... I had to keep phoning him up though because of the delays in the refurb .

imo black wheels all the way on a white car. esp as you've got the windows tinted. am sure abw would be able to do them for you too.

Ummmmmm..... looks lovely!!! But, nope, I'm definitely going for the diamond cut and white insert!

The problem with black alloys, is they always make the tyres look so dirty.... yes petty I know, but I would be constantly spraying my tyres with "Back2Black" spray, to get them to look black against the wheels!!!

(Thanks for the photoshop jobby, though !!)

lol. know what you mean. got antracite on mine. if you leave it long enough to clean the car the brake dust matches the colour of the tyres
