Basically it's either a breaker for one that's on probably similar condition or the dealers mate.
I removed mine alltogether although it's their as an additional fire suppressor too.
The one on my car was like thin cardboard,it crumbled as soon as i touched it.
i have a brand new one i bought from a dealer.I will check it is still in one piece.I will let you know.
