In-Car DVD assistance required!
Just fitted one of these ----------->
And i was just wondering if there was anyway of geting round the parking Brake wire issue?
I.E........ so the dvd can be watched while driving (not by me but by the wife
)
I have a feeling there is a way around it but i don't want to go connecting it to a (+) wire and blowing it up!

It must be as only has one wire to the switch. Just checked wiring diagram. It is a switched earth.

i took the plug off the earth on the cigarette lighter, got some bare wire on the handbrake wire, pushed the plug back onto the earth with wire, held firmly in place and job done.
