My new helmet will be getting it's first outing. So got to get on a charge early doors boys

 

 

Due to my ongoing back issue, I will again have to remain TBC until very close to the date.
Again if there are reserves who defo want to do this I will drop out to allow them as I cannot 100% commit at present.

I bought a full mattress and pillows, has so far done bugger all to help my back though.

 

Not sure about the pillows but the full mattress has sorted my back out ever since.
At the risk of stating the obvious have you been to see a Chiropractor? Or maybe it's time for the Vets final jab after all

 

I have visited the vet regularly, and the problem is something to do with a muscle (Piriformis sp?) being swollen around the sciatic nerve.
I do use a chiropractor, but in this instant she would not be able to help.

 

Well lets hope you're better soon, there's loads of people missing your rear to aim at
