They can be built to a variety of specs, so hard to tell unless you know the exact spec.
But it's a good ecu.
Do you even know if it's working ? If you bought it in 2007...has it sat since and never been used ?

Used it for about a year the car was running about 450 bhp and stripped and sold the car its the only bit ive got left to be honest i forgot about it sat in the bottom draw in the garage

Without knowing full spec...just hard to say. And after sitting for that length of time un-used, there is an internal battery that may well be dead and need replaced.
LR could maybe tell you what is enabled from the serial number and you could probably send it in for inspection re-battery
Or you could have someone power it up to see how it looks.
