Boost solenoid replacement question
My car has a 3 port on at the moment but im thinking of changing it to a cobb,perrin or grmmspeed would i need the map checking if im changing a 3 port for a 3 port

there are 3ports and there are 3ports not all are created equal so yes you'd at least need to get it checked in my opinion. More so if your changing from say a classic 3port to a MAC valve or if your going for one of the very swanky special perrin ones that's like a rotating cylinder type as they don't react in exactly the same way as the older style ones.
