Default Mapper in the midlands

Hi all I’m in desperate need of a mapper in the midlands who can map my car as I’ve removed all the cats upgraded the turbo and injectors and now can’t drive it until done, I’ve tried Andrew Carr and he’s not getting back to me after it was due to be done Thursday last week. Where is the next best place to go I’m based in Telford but don’t mind a bit of a drive if necessary

Yes, although Matty is getting a rolling road installed at his place next year.

Yeah i read that on general section. Hope he gets it early in year. Not a fan of pole position, had really good experience then a poor one with them.

That's a shame. They've been absolutely spot on every dealing I've had with them.

I had a good experience with them but then guess it was because I was giving them money , then when you need to get the part replaced there not so helpful .
So then when I needed my 6 speed conversion and clutch I went somewhere else

It was a 220bhp wagon with a td04. It now has a td05 with yellow injectors, newage coilpack mod, 3 bar map sensor, 255lph walbro fuel pump and esl. Im hoping to get a safe figure near 320. My concern is my gearbox, will it cope. Never mind, we will see what happens when it happens. I was thinking about getting rid of the short ratio anyway and swapping to a newer uk 5 speed.

Its weird seeing someone else drive your car around. Thats my silver wagon in the background being driven back to the shop. They had finished your car and pulled it out ready to be mapped by the time mine was finished.
It was smoking a fair bit when they pulled it out, is it alright? Hope nothings wrong with it. Its had a fair bit done to it, i could see the suspensions been done and the front mount looks nice. Did you get what you were hoping for?
I had a low boost map that is about 230ish that was amazing for the motorway back home! Really happy with that. And a power map that runs 1.2bar at about 310 i think he said, its insane! Really really happy with it! The back roads to my house were so fun to drive!
Alan wasnt a bad chap, not really talkative, but just got on with the job. He took the car out on his own which i wasnt expecting, i thought he would live map as i was driving and i could pick up some info as to what he was doing for my own curiousity but it was fine i guess. End result im happy.

Injectors I bought were knackered so they were just pumping fuel in hence the smoke.... they swapped them for some genuine pinks and all was good running 1.35bar on high boost with pops and bangs and 1.2bar on standard map along with anti lag and launch control

Happy now but took a while drive back was good

They generally range for £50-£150 depends if tyres are any good, what make tyres etc. Mint ones can go for £200. Just looking for a cheap set for my other non turbo impreza, as my last set got scrapped as noticed tiny cracks in the alloys.
