Default Current CEL issue

Hi

I have a known issue P0031 and know what that is and planning getting sorted soon.
Yesterday however, during a run out to the coast (120miles) and stopping for a break I thought i would just try clearing the P0031 as thought would be nice and warm now.
However the app (Torque) was showing a P3100 code.
Having searched only found a reference on a non-scooby site for o2 mixture.
It doesnt keep re-appearing like the P0031.

Any ideas?

It's a non Subaru code and on some sites is listed as limp mode.

Why not replace your front oxygen (A/F) sensor (P0031) and see if it returns.
