Not a particularly good idea to try and make your exhaust flame, has an affect on the life of your turbo. Water injection is purely to keep the temperature of the intercooler down to get a better charged affect on the air going in, pretty good in summer. You may have fun trying to fit one ie. finding a place in the bonnet to mount the stuff. Seen a few nice installs where the water tank is in the boot but if you are not carefully they tend to run out of water fairly quickly on auto mode on a hot day.

I doubt a water injection system will make you exhaust flame accept that fact that the engine will push better power on a hot day. The phase 1 engines tended to over fuel at high revs as a protection mechanism just look at a scoobs tail pipe after a drive. My UK 98 use to pop and bang a little when lifting off from high revs and it had cat in and was more noticeable on a warm day as everything was hotter.

Chris, how can the flamer kit screw up the turbo, thats complete poooooo

All you need for WI is a motorsport Pump, Tank, ERL jet and Filter, boost pressure switch, ACT guage with temp switch to turn it on.

Or an ECU that supports WI, then the pump, jet, tank, filter is all yer need. Costs about 200 quid brand new.
