hello,
i've just fitted de-cat down pipeto my99 uk turbo.the thing is it is now making a funny noise.i can hear the turbo whistling as i come onto boost but it is like a whistling stutter.if you know what i mean. i also have the heat shield rattle but i will sort that it is just this stuttering whistle i am worried about.

If its a slightly raspy whistle its normal.
I thought mine sounded odd as it was coming on boost.
Its just down to thinner walls of the decat.

cheers mate, was just abit unsure.are you supposed to hear the whistle outside of the car?onder2:

Sound brill when more boost is running.
