Question Quick Clutch Change ????

Does any one have any ideas to a QUICK clutch change and the type of clutch to put in ?????????? Maybe price and where to get ??????
Is it worth getting the flywheel lightened and balanced ?? or is there a good exchange available????
Sorry for so many questions but i need to do it sooner than later
