Is there a back box I can get for my P1 which will make it sound better but not affect the performance. What i don't want to do is lose low end torque.

Just about any of them. Backbox will generally give you more noise, maybe a little more power at the top end. On a turbo car, backpressure is not beneficial, so you should't lose low end torque on any of the straight through backboxes
