You will probably need 2 new gaskets for when you replace it.

Remove 3 pipes on water bottle side, 1 is fuel in, 1 fuel return other is emissions.

Unplug 2 or 3 (cant remember) electric connectors between battery and water bottle.

Disconnect cam breathers either side.

Remove intercooler and associated pipework obviously.

Remove MAF hosiung so that inlet pipe is free at that end.

Loosen clip where inlet manifold connects to turbo.

Remove radiator header tank

Remove 2 water pipes at back of inlet under the throttle body

Disconnect OEM Knock Sensor

Lift inlet with a bit of effort after undoing 4 bolts on either side.

Anything left will prob be crank breather near turbo, cam sensor connector, crank sensor connector, standard water temp sensor and possibly where the wiring loom connects near the map sensor and maf senor.

Oh and boost hoses from inlet to turbo etc.

Main thing, remember where things were connected!

Hope that helps a bit.

Wink

That will help alot. Thanks. I hate going at things with absolutely no idea.

Looks like i'll have to order some gaskets then.

Cheers,

Pete
