Question

Going to Santa Pod in week or so and have got a second hand VTA DV to intimidate my mate in a TT !

Now it's time to fit it!

It looks simple enough, I've got two pieces the DV itself and what looks like a plug. Do I need some sort of gasket to fit between the DV and the intercooler ? Will there be a reusable one already there when I remove the factory DV ?

Cheers

Chris

Yep,the OEM one is stuck to the intercooler if I remember correctly!!
Dead easy to fit.The bung goes into the recirc pipe and heh presto, job done...

Good luck

Nick

P.S: Be careful tightening up the dump valve bolts as I cross threaded one of mine and had to get someone at work to heli coil it for me!!

Nick,

Thanks for the tip.

Does anyone know if there is any sort of gasket or sealer that goes between the DV and the intercooler ?

Cheers

Chris
