a few days ago a cv boot split and has shot grease everywhere, i have it booked in next week to be repaired, however today i have gotten my car off the ground and when putting my car in gear only the rear wheels spin, the fronts dont budge, ive checked for brake issues and there are none, when the car is on the ground and moving in gear it drives for a slow speed and then when higher up the gear it just revs up to redline with no movement or power and makes a sort of whirring noise, can anyone help?
