5th Gear Grating?

Does anyone else have this problem when moving up from 4th to 5th at high speed? Doesn't seem to be a problem at about 50, only occurs at about 70 or so.
Car is a Sept 2000 P1, with 22,000 on the clock.

I get the same kind of thing but at a higher speed about 100-110 not really a crunch but feels like it will and will not go in smoothly.

Mine did it

Had 4th and 5th replaced

replace the gearbox oil with Castrol "Syntrax" 75/90 Completly cured the problem for me.
