Default Clutch

I have a 2001 bugeye impreza which I recently purchased. I was told it currently has a 6 paddle clutch fitted. But I have recently discovered if I put my foot flat to the floor when it hits full boost (which is 20psi) the clutch slips slightly. It only slips under full boost or if I plant my foot into the floor. There are no other issues with the clutch at all. So is the clutch knackered or can it not just handle the power trying to be put through it?

unless its an extreme power car sounds like the clutch is either incorrectly adjusted (limited) or its simply on its way out........
