Gearbox is getting noisy so fitting a used one along with a new clutch and flywheel. The car is 99 Uk turbo so 5 speed 230mm clutch std.

Wanted a new flywheel so I can turn it around in a day rather than having to send it off to be skimmed. Anyone know if there is any differences between the flywheels or will any 5 speed turbo one fit? Found one on ebay but want to be sure it will fit.

Also any clutch recommendations. Been looking the GG website and I'm thinking of going for either the exedy:
