Just a quicky to give a bit of a heads up on Jap performance Parts
Sent them an enquiry e-mail regarding the possibility of them having a WR Blue V8 STi bonnet scoop available (they break damaged scoobs and the like) - had a response in a couple of hours and it was delivered the following day in A1 condition.
I'll definately be using them again

Have used them myself a couple of times and they offer a first class service.
I ordered a piece of interior trim that I had damaged on my own car last week. Ordered at 15:30 and it arrived the next day by 10:30 and was in perfect condition.
I notice there is an article about them in the February issue: 64 of Banzai magazine!

Better off just buying one and selling the WRX top mount on S'net m8....plenty of classic owners fit them I believe?

Now thats a good idea, I did not realise that the WRX one was any better than the Classic TMIC.
The STi TMIC is supposed to be much better according to Powerstation and I was going to go down that route rather than the hassle of a FMIC.
When I see a good fitting guide on a FMIC for a New Age at a reasonable price I may take the FMIC avenue then.
But until then an STi one suits me.. :-)
