I write this message in order to avoid that other people could be in the same situation as me. I bought (paying in advance of course), a differential 39:10 for my Subaru WRC to MAXSPEED MOTORSPORT, but unfortunately, they sent to me one 39:11 by mistake. This tooke place 3 months ago, but up to date the problem has not been solved. He,(that means Ian Carter) never answered neither my mails nor my plusieurs telephone calls from Spain. So, I only can think that this company is not serious, and they do not want to solve the problem, as they have received the payment.
So, possibly buyers of this company: be careful with these people.....!!!!!,
By the way, anyone knows what can I do to resolve this subject ????.

Maybe there was some confusion? i'm not sticking up for them and havent even heard of them before but maybe they mistook your request and thought you wanted a 3.9:1 instead of the 3.54:1 that you require...?

We are not going to get into a public dispute., mr fredric has been contacted he has been told to return the goods if not happy! if you had a faulty kettle from woolworths or wasent happy you would go back to them "with" the goods. not demand more goods. we would have 2 diffs out in spain for the price of 1. sorry send other back and a refund will be given or replacment.

He seems to have all my websites plasterd over this page he can post the goods back to the workshop on the address there if he has lost that bit!

as for the prodrive bit i have been running and involved in subarus for 12 years with there assitance and we have a healthy account with these peaple.

so 2 sides to a story! no return no refund got it! get a translater to properley translate. this is the last on this thank you.
