Might be something,you mentioned that you might be looking to do something along the lines of spare parts etc. The guy who has been doing all the work on my car and also does a time attack car (he knows his stuff)is based in little sutton and he wants to go somewhere else and looking for a garage. It sounded like you had plenty of space and if he paid you rent you'd have no overheads and a specialist subaru mechanic on tap. anyway just an idea.
