Hi, no probs at all. The likelihood is you have a recurring payment set up in your paypal account which you will need to cancel. As for a refund, that won't be a problem but you will have to contact Stu the site admin as moderators cannot issue them. As you have had no luck via the contact us link, I advise you PM him. hi sorry to contact u like this but i have tried 3 times now via the contact tab with no reply,i recently renewed my subscription via pay pal but two amount have been taken from my account,can you help me plz?
