Yes that includes all of the machining costs. Head studs yes, head stud conversion no. 11mm Extreme head bolts would be more than man enough for your goal.
The S206 isn't a unit we use anymore, we favour the Precision 5530 Bolt on unit, these are £1595 + vat and produce 450-550 dependant on spec and fuel used etc.
No I'd be recommending an Alcatek or Syvecs depending on your budget to get a full live map in there, so much better than the stock ecu.

Thanks for the rapid reply Martyn. Sorry Ive taken so long to reply I assumed id get an automated email when you replied but I didnt. Does that price include re-honing the bore or any machining should oversize pistons be needed? My engine is running fine but just to be safe Im just trying to know consider any other costs. Also would I be correct in assuming I would need a head stud conversion for my desired power? Do you still stock the s206 turbo and if so how much would this be or whatever turbo you advise for this sort of power if purchased at the same time as the short block build? Finally is the stock ecu capable of running that sort of power, I assume it would require maf delete if its even possible on the standard Ecu. Sorry about all the questions but after hours of research on forums so many people give so many differing results Id rather just hear it from someone I can guarantee is in the know.

Hi Chris, yes as you say prices have gone up in the last 7 years thanks to one thng and another. Short motors are now £2850 inc vat using our combination of K1 rods and Wossner pistons. We've used motors of this type to in excess of 650hp so you're target isn't an issue. The cost is based on you supplying the just the block rather than on an exchange basis.

Hi MartynJ, I have found an old page in which you say you sell the famed engine tuner 2.1 stroker short engines for £2150 inc vat but it dates from 2010...I know costs have increased so I assume this price is also outdated. How much does this stand at now? Also is this on an exchange basis? Secondly obviously it is depending on supporting modifications but what sort of power do you advise these engines not to be taken over... I am hoping to be running methanol if also if that helps and aiming for low to mid 500's.
If you would rather reply to my email as some traders prefer its chriskarl22@msn.com
