1.5 bar that should see you to 350+ no launching or you will be calling for a toe-truck
Give me a shout next time you go to Rich and I will see if I can meet you there and we can see if that cover fits. 07795158800

I think the ones on my car are different to yours Bud but you are welcome to it, if it fits. Rich came to map mine on thursday night and it turned into a bit of a mare as the fuel rails were leaking and I needed to replace one of the fittings. Richard's missus brought fittings for my car at 23:30 I am indebted to both of them as they stayed there till 02:30am and Rich only left mine at 03:00am Friday morning, such dedication and patients goes way beyond anything I have ever come across before and its a big thanks to both of them.
The car made 331.8bhp and 315 ft/pds torque on the rollers at 1.2 bar as it wasn't holding boost Rich said it will make 340+ if it could hold 1.4bar, so it looks like its a bigger turbo and a better manifold and up pipe, Harvey here I come.

I made one out of aluminium but there is no drain on it, I am going to remove mine and make use of the vents. I am also going to replace the heads on my one at some point as I am not happy with the noise from the pressent ones.
I would like to see what power it's making first so I will fit the injectors and have Richard do the map with the std td05, then compare it to the power from a better set of heads and bigger turbo. Maybe get the 2 cars on the rollers the same day.
All the best with the job hunting Bud.

Car is sorted, thank goodness it didn't bend valves. Richard to the rescue once again, I owe him big time he is always so helpful.

Cheers for that bud, one of my inlet cam pulleys shattered while the engine was riunning. Just checked the valve clearances, cam rotaton and compresion all seems ok so I'm hoping that I might be very lucky and it hasn't bent any valves. 1 million to 1 Lol I am trying to find some pulleys at the mo as the car is stuck at work.

Hello Bud, not had tinternet for a week back at work today so time to catch up. I am going to try the setup from Harvey as youv'e suggested, it should be fine to 350bhp+ so thanks for the advice.
How did you get on with the VF48 ?

Sounds good, thats all top notch stuff it will be interesting to see what the VF48 does on a 2.0L. Look away when he cuts the bumper for the Fmic, that way you won't know how much went missing Lol
I was thinking of going 5 spd DCCD from a version5 type R but I cant seem to find any R180 hubbs and shafts so I will still be saving for the 6 spd.
I was looking on Ebay.com as Richard suggested and I found a set of headers that look identical to the GT spec2 or RCM ones, so I will give them a try with one of Harvey's up-pipes. The H&S system is sooo tempting but it might be to loud for track days so I will look for something 3inch and quiet.
Do like the idea of the pops and bangs though
