Apple conspired with the major book publishers to elevate prices! The book publishers when caught put their hands up and settled out of court, whilst Apple denied any involvement and went to trial. Before the court case started the Federal judge told apple the pile of emails pointed to Apple's collusion and guilt.
Given that the fines for accepting guilt by the publishers was $75 million, apple could end up paying out several hundreds of millions in fines penalties. Oh dear
Don't worry your favourite Samsung still owe Apple a Billion, pocket change.
Haven't you heard Jack the patent that apple tried to use in the main thrust of their litigation has been narrowed down so much that it is worthless and Samsung didn't infringe:-)
Also Samsung has overtaken apple in browser traffic. Weren't you saying that apple had the greater browser traffic?
