HP G60 - how to reformatt
HP G60 laptop - vista os- anyone advise how I get it back to factory standard, sons pc which is playing up, trying to get into safe mode but loads up and just shows a black screen so cant get into menu.
take it an F# button should allow me the option to reformatt pc ??

Dont have one / cant remember ever getting one ?? thought most newer computers had windows built in. infact have reformatted this laptop before a few years ago but just forgett the method to get this option ??!!

Try here ... http://h10025.www1.hp.com/ewfrf/wc/d...roduct=4030066 .... seems F11 is the key to go for. And recovery manager can then create a couple of disks for you as well. But RTFM first ....
