Anyone know of a Win app to normalise MP3s ?? I dont want to burn them at the same time or convert to .wav, i jsut want to normalise a load of them.

I used to do this with an old version of Audiocatalyst but i dont have it any more.

MP3 Workshop is a good one. Hasn't been developed for a while but still does the job very nicely thank you

Lots of other handy features too and no bloatware in sight

Cheers Dunk. I tried Audiocatalyst last night but you have to convert to .wav, then normalise, then convert back to .mp3 which is a ballache !!

Been using this for quite some time, still haven't found anything as feature packed, but simple to use:

Where else can you get all this for free !:

Make MP3 files or WAV files from your CDs.
Decode MP3 files for burning to a CD-R.

Only problem I did encounter was when changing the bitrate of a file, can sometimes corrupt it, so be careful not to overwrite the original file
