Question Anyone got any memory for a IBM T20 they don't need?
Need to find some memory for a T20 that runs like a dog with 256mb and XP Pro on it. Needs to be upgraded to 512mb. Anyone got access to any old T20's that are broken etc that have memory in them?

What sort of SODIMMS does it take?

Hi Chris, it takes SDRAM PC100 CL=2 Non-parity 100MHz 3.3V (144-pin SODIMM)

I might have a 128MB in my drawer at work but probably not a 256MB.

No worries it was only a long shot at being on the scrounge as to buy it from crucial is ridiculously expensive - £170 probably more than what the laptop is worth!
