Cant view HTML source in notepad when select view source??

Cant view HTML source in notepad when select view source??
When i right click on a website in internet explorer and select view source, notepad no longer opens displaying the code.
I used to do this quite alot but for some reason it is no longer working. Im using XP home and have recently installed SP2, could SP2 be the reason why ?. If so how can i get it to open notepad.
I have turned the SP2 pop up blocked off so i dont think its that.

Notepad aint that bad, at least i kind of know what im doing with it and what the functions of the tags are. Supose i should teach my self to use Front page or dreamweaver though.
