Just a quick one - a mate of mine runs a small perm IT agency and he's looking for some J2EE developers with around 3 years commercial experience. The positions are in London with one of the big investment banks, and the project is a huge reengineering of the back office systems - moving from mainframe to Oracle/J2EE-front end.

2/3 years relevent experience with either a financial institution or major consultancy firm is vital.

Salary range is 40 - 65k
