How do i fix a error message on start up that says c:\windows\iedll.exe file is corrupt reinstall file and try again?

What OS and what version of Internet Explorer (assuming from the ie part of the dll.....).

Best bet is to probably try and get it off your installation CD or get someone to email you the right version. Save it somewhere, boot to DOS and copy it over (after backing up your original just in case)
